TFP Scarifier Range

Trelawny floor scarifiers & planers are repeatedly chosen for being though machines to tackle the most demanding applications of surface preparation and material removal. A sacrifier is a flexible machine for a wide variety of applications.

Planers/Scarifiers, milling machines and rotary cutters have loosely mounted tungsten cutters that are thrown out by centrifugal force. Scarifiers use a drum of cutters (flails) which rotate at high speed impacting the surface to provide an aggressive “cut” to the surface. Material is removed by a chipping action as the cutter impacts the surface. Floor planers allow you to control the depth of cut more precisely than with scabblers. These versatile machines have various styles of interchangeable cutter assemblies that can be used for light or heavy stock removal.

The Trelawny range of TFP floor scarifiers goes from the small light duty machine TFP200 with a 195mm working width to the large TFP320, suitable for heavy duty applications, self driven with an hydraulic drive. For medium to large application, Trelawny has designed the TFP260 with a 250mm working width with electric and petrol models available.
