Investor in Customers


We have been working with Investor in Customers to undertake an assessment of the customer experience that we provide. We really value our relationship with you, and are continually striving to enhance the experience we provide. 

Investor in Customers (IIC) is an independent customer experience agency that assesses how well you are treating your customers and how strong your customer relationships are. It consists of a questionnaire that is sent to our customers, employees, and senior management team by email.

The results are measured against four key principles which will identify how well we:

  • Understand our customer needs
  • Meet our customer needs
  • Delight our customers
  • Engender loyalty

We've recently received the results from the assessment, and are proud to announce we have achieved Gold Status from Investors in Customers. This score has been presented to us from the averages our customers have rated our service, so although there are points to improve on, we are so happy our customers think highly of us.

The next steps for us are to review points where we were told we can improve, and set the wheels into motion to start acting on them.
